Sifnos

In this episode, Peter explores the tiny island of Sifnos where he gets a cooking lesson from a master – the grandson of Greece’s famous chef Nikolaos Tselementes, father of the traditional moussaka. He travels around the island and visits its churches, walking trails and ancient watchtowers. He also pops over to the island of Polyegos, home to a shepherd and his flock.
